Helping Norwegian Peoples Aid improve processes in Self-Service

The humanitarian solidarity organization, Norwegian People’s Aid has chosen Zervicepoint to slim-line its processes with self-service. As a first step, 500 users will be applied globally.

“To select Zervicepoint and the newly launched feature shared processes Norwegian people´s aid will quickly gain a high value and ease the maintenance of the services offered to the organization” says Product Owner Karl-Johan Enlund at Zervicepoint.

“By implementing Self-service to our organization we will see an increased efficiency where our IT-departments around the globe will be able to complete former centralized tasks such as IT-related services”, says Alexander Tuvström, Infrastructure Technical Specialist at Norwegian People´s Aid. “This will also result in a better controlled and consistent way of adding data to our systems, as we have high demands on security. We hope it will support and facilitate the work for our colleagues around the globe so they can concentrate on our core mission as a humanitarian organization”, he ends.
